Stories of the Swiderski Sisters (and their parents): July Cabin Extravaganza

July was basically a month at the cabin - could there be anything better? I think not.

Summer officially started for me (or at least it finally felt like summer) in July after I finished a whirlwind 2-week grad class. We had our regular crew up for the 4th: Gma Ellen, Gpa Mark, Uncle Max, Moe (Turk), Swiderskis, Koepkes (and Abbey) and the Martins - whew!

Claire was ready to party.

I'm not sure if Nathan was reaching for a falling kid or a drink...very serious either way.

But we finally got a keeper!

It's a little harder these days to get a picture with the 3 of us looking at the camera.

Mitch was solo for the 4th, so Kristi offered to be his weekend girlfriend.

Gma Ellen was there to chaperone.

Awwww....how many years has it been now? Let's see, from 2-years old to....well, a few years after that.

A continuing tradition of swimming in the middle of the lake (off the pontoon). Ryan bought a $6 floaty (pool patrol) for Claire, surprisingly she loved it!

Claire and I stayed at the cabin with Gma Ellen for the week after the 4th. The following weekend we had Grammy, Kalin, Elizabeth, Moe and Shelly up for a girls' weekend. Grammy won the prize for traveling the furthest!
