Still Breathing?

Ryan and I have asked each other this question quite a few times in the past weeks - in a good way though!

First, I want to warn you.  I seem to have lost a few friends after telling this story (namely those with newborns as well.  Ahem...Megan...) SO by continuing to read this post you are here by agreeing to still be friends with me :)

Saturday morning I asked Ryan, "Is she still alive?!?!".  What would prompt such a ridiculous question you ask?  It was because our lovely daughter had slept from 9pm to 6:30 am!!!! WOAH!!!  And yup, still alive and well :)

Skip ahead to Sunday.  We decided to take Claire to church for the 2nd time.  We figured she would be crabby and we'd have to walk around a lot since she slept really well Saturday night (9 hours between feedings!!).  But yet again she surprised us!  She slept almost all the way through church!  (I only needed to walk around w/her for a little bit.)  This prompted Ryan to ask, "Is she still breathing?!?". 

No complaints here!  Friends say babies don't regress but I am waiting for the day when she doesn't sleep so amazingly.  For the time being however I am counting my blessings!
