35th Wedding Anniversary

Kristin, Dan, Liz, Ryan, Claire and I got up early Sunday morning (following the Swiderski Bash) to make the trip to Wild Rose WI to celebrate Gma Ellen and Gpa Mark's 35th wedding anniversary.  (Side note, it can be very confusing if one thought it was their 30th wedding anniversary.  One might have to draw out a time line to help clarify a few things). 

Thanks again to the Seppalas for lending us their Yukon for the trip.  The girls did pretty well actually.  We only stopped a few times to feed and settle some cries.

Claire, it may look like only Gma Ellen loves  her wine, but not to worry we can tell you stories about Gpa Mark when you're older :)

The Vander Zanden side: Great Uncle Peter, Great Aunt Ann, Great Godmother Ginger and Gma Ellen.

Most of the houligans left on Sunday but a few (Kristin, Dan, Liz, Ryan, Claire and I) hung around a few more days to relax at the cabin.

Then we took the Stelljes family on their first booze cruise.  We started organizing everything at 3pm and I think we finally got out at 4pm!

The girls were really enjoying the cruise :)  They were having such a good time (or wait, maybe the parents were...) that we went around the lake 3 times.  I think that's a record!
