You might not be able to understand it but he's saying "bloop bloop". We decided that's what it would sound like if there was a sound affect attached to her blinking.
I tickle her now too and she giggles. Though sometimes it sounds like a cough! I can't tell if the cough means she loves it or hates it!
That is the best when they can start laughing and smiling. That was a super cute video! :)
