As usual, we like to celebrate our holidays for more than one day and in more than one location. Here are excerpts from our MN Easter.
Nonnie (formerly knows as Gma Ellen) and Papa (formerly knows as Gpa or Bapa Mark) drove up with GGma Muriel to celebrate Easter with us. Uncle Mitchy and Kalin also made the long trip down (from St. Anthony) to join the festivities.
After church we started our Easter egg hunt...there was only 1 participant this year.
Here Claire is enjoying a few pieces of Trix from her first egg. (Mom decided she did not need a basket full of chocolate. Pretty smart, huh??)
Checkin' the basket. (She may have been a bit paranoid as last year, no matter how many eggs she found, the number in the basket always seemed to remain the same...)
More Trix!
That Easter bunny sure hid the eggs well this year.
Uncle Mitchy didn't get a basket...but he did get something better!
Kalin helping to open yet another Trix-filled egg.
Still hunting.
Awww...
Basket search time!
A bubble gun, just what I always wanted! Now I don't have to eat the bubbles every time I try to blow on the tiny bubble wand!
Apparently we should have given Papa his sunglasses...
When I get around to cropping these, I'll crop our our "for sale" sign in the background...
This is my favorite series. Look how cute we are...
Wait...I think I dropped a Trix...
Happy Easter 2012!
